Mother and baby sleeping peacefully This is the only baby left out of 8. I want to regret the lose of the other 7 but after a un-restful sleep worrying that the mother would die too I am only great full I did not have to deal with removing a huge pig carcass from the barn to day and that there is one baby still living. 

We also got the news last evening that the cow is still coming but not till late sept. A big let down, but also a bit of a relief. The guys came to day and removed the old oil and wood furnace from the basement, They will replace it with a wood heater which will be much easier for us to manage. Oh my how things can change in 24 hours!
